Fixed-price for well-defined projects, hourly with a cap for everything else. We prefer hourly for AI work due to variability. Either way, you know what you're paying before we start.
How fast can you deliver?
MVPs in 2–4 weeks. Production in 8–12. We prioritize the riskiest assumptions first, validate quickly, then scale. Weekly demos so you see progress, not promises.
Are your case studies real?
Yes. Client names are withheld under NDA — common for the legal and operations work we do — but the architectures, timelines, and numbers are documented in full. Read them and judge the level of detail yourself.
What is the team composition?
